Hello!
I'm Jessica Bates, founder of Jack + Ella Paper, an eco-conscious stationery brand that is proudly based in the state of Wisconsin. The goods reflect my respect for simplicity and I take great care in making all of my products as gentle on the environment as possible.
Like most paper aficionados, my love for paper started at a young age when office supply stores, collecting stickers and back-to-school shopping were where it was at. After college, I dabbled in the stationery world by creating my own wedding invitations and designing my holiday cards each year. What started as an etsy shop in 2010 has blossomed into a full-time gig where I find myself working at a job that truly doesn't feel like work at all.
When not peddling paper from my studio, you can find me enjoying bubble tea, signing up for races that I later regret, spending time with my dogs, hoarding Pinterest boards, eating Mexican food of any kind and practicing yoga. But most importantly, hanging out with my too-good-to-be-true husband and the real Jack and Ella, my children. My cup runneth over.
